This information notice is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable Italian law. It describes how personal data is processed in connection with this website. This website is a static marketing site: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not require you to provide personal data to browse it.

2. What data we process and why
Browsing this site does not require you to provide personal data. We donot use analytics, advertising, profiling, or third-party tracking. In practice, only two types of processing may occur:
- Technical connection data. To deliver the site and keep it secure, our infrastructure provider (see §3) necessarily processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the requested URL, the time of the request, and your browser user-agent. We do not operate our own analytics or maintain website access logs.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). - Contact by email. If you email us, we process the content of your message and your contact details in order to read and respond to it.
Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Recipients and processors
Personal data may be processed on our behalf by service providers acting as data processors under Article 28 GDPR, bound by appropriate data processing agreements:
- Hosting and content delivery: Amazon Web Services (S3 and CloudFront). The site's origin and stored data are located in the EU region eu-south-1 (Milan, Italy).
- Email: our email service provider, which processes messages you send to us.
Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by applicable law.
4. International transfers
The site's data is stored in the EU (Milan). Because content is served through a content delivery network, requests may be handled by edge locations outside the European Economic Area (for example in North America), which can involve the processing of technical connection data outside the EEA. Where this occurs, our infrastructure provider provides appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in accordance with its data processing agreement.
5. Retention
Technical connection data is processed only transiently to deliver and secure the site; we retain no analytics data. Email correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with any applicable legal obligations. If your contact leads to a contractual relationship, the retention periods set out in our contractual privacy notice apply (in particular, tax and civil-law obligations under Italian law generally require records to be kept for 10 years).
6. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us atdpo@powa.space.
7. Right to lodge a complaint
