Milan, 20 June 2026 – Superhumans announces a strategic alliance and an investment in POWA, the new AI Intelligence company created to integrate artificial intelligence systems into strategic, operational and organizational processes.
The company, which will operate from Superhumans' Milan hub, will be led by CEO Federico Folloni and counts among its shareholders Paolo Platania, CEO of Superhumans, who will take on the role of Executive Chairman. In addition, Andrea Galtieri, Head of Digital & Social at Superhumans, will serve as AI Strategy Director.
Folloni has held leadership roles at Cedacri, UniCredit and Engineering, leading innovation programs and international teams of over 300 professionals. His most significant experiences include the digitalization of major financial institutions, applications used by millions of users, and the introduction of AI into some of the largest Italian industrial and technology groups.
POWA's activity develops along three complementary lines: consulting for the structured adoption of AI in business processes; the development of natively agentic software from concept to production; and a proprietary platform that leverages AI to support companies in implementing their business strategy. Together with Superhumans, these capabilities extend to the strategic, creative and communication processes of brands.
